Our company was approved a resolution to change its corporate name at the Shareholders’ Meeting on November 14, 2025. “Assem Technology Co., Ltd.” will be renamed to “Aiotek Co., Ltd.”
Pleasen note that the Unified Business Number will remain unchanged.
Our official domain will also be updated from "assem.com.tw" to "aiotek.com.tw".
The new official website is currently under development and is expected to launch in January.
